GECO (Green Economy and Competences of Organisation) is a “Transfer of Innovation” Project approved by Italian National Agency and co-financed within Lifelong Learning Programme. It refers to National Priority nr. 3: “Developing professional competences in relationship with needs of labour market – new skills for new jobs”.
GECO project is aimed to improve training quality into job context and is based on Mr. Guy Le Boterf methodology, linking professional needs analysis and training design trhough the logic of “aging with competence” at the work place |

The trasnational partnership includes Italy, Grece and Latvia, which interface with Guy Le Boterf in France. The activities distribution takes into account both institutional roles and competences of each partner. Confindustria Campania is the Prime Contractor and is sided by OBR Campania as Management Coordinator partner, by Speha-Fresia as Monitoring and Evaluation responsible, by Confidustria Puglia as Technical Committee partner; CGIL, CISL, UIL – trade unions of Campania - as responsible of dissemination in national context, by CEPAS as responsible of Tools kit of Quality Training; VISC and KEK are respectively the latvian and the Greek partners. |
